2024 Assistance Application & Liability Release

Do you or someone you know need extra assistance with outdoor home or yard projects? On Saturday, April 6th, Love Longview will partner volunteers with residents who have qualifying service projects. Assistance is for projects that will have a significant impact on Longview OR for veterans/residents that may be unable to complete a project on their own. All projects are subject to approval. Applications due by 3/22/24.

  • All projects must be in Longview, TX.
  • Must be one time projects only.
  • Must be outside a home or business.
  • Volunteers will undertake the project and may or may not finish.
  • Love Longview will take place on Saturday, April 6th, 2024. Jobs will not be rescheduled.
  • Only jobs listed below will be attempted. Other jobs may not be added after application is accepted.
  • Love Longview reserves the right to terminate any job, at any time, for any reason.
  • I have the right to terminate volunteer services by calling 903-212-4552 or emailing klb@longviewtexas.gov.
  • I must physically be present on the jobsite at all times while volunteers are performing the job.
  • Photos of the jobsite before, during, and after may be used publicly.
Examples: haul trash to curb, clean landscape, window washing, smoke alarms, light tree and brush trimming, clean garage, handicap ramps etc…

By signature below, the Recipient, both jointly and severally, holds harmless and indemnifies Keep Longview Beautiful and/or the City of Longview from any and all liability or responsibility of actions of any persons associated with the Love Longview event. By submitting an Assistance Application, I understand and agree to the listed terms and conditions.
